This weekend’s Starship Supercar Show has officially sold out of tickets, with fans snapping up all 7000 of them just days before the event gets underway.
Following the event’s success in 2021, Giltrap Group decided to extend the duration of this year’s sessions to allow attendees to get up close and personal with some of New Zealand’s finest automobiles, with the entire collection said to be worth up to $100 million.
Cars from brands like Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and more will be on display at Giltrap Group’s showroom in Auckland, spanning all four floors.
If you were lucky enough to snag yourself a ticket, you’ll be among the first people in the country to see the new Aston Martin Valkyrie, Lotus Eletre SUV, Corvette Z06, and Polestar 3, each of which will be unveiled on Saturday morning.
Also present will be the new Lamborghini Countach, Brabham BT62, and McLaren Senna, as well as a “stunning” collection of Ferraris and Greg Murphy’s 1969 Dodge Charger built by Ringbrothers.
“Seeing the passion and love for these special vehicles in New Zealand always amazes me,” says Michael Giltrap, Joint Managing Director Giltrap Group.
“We have assembled an incredible collection of supercars, and I cannot wait to see the reaction when the doors open tomorrow morning.”
All ticket sales proceeds from the supercar show will be donated to the Starship Foundation.
