Ford will officially reveal their next-gen Everest next month.
A 20-second teaser video was shared by Ford overnight. Shots are carefully edited and directed, so you can’t really see too much of the actual car. Instead, we know Ford will have its global unveiling on March 1 at 8 pm NZT via Facebook and YouTube.
Older spy shots have revealed more distinct details, such as a new LED taillight configuration. The next-gen model is also a tad longer than its predecessor, a roughly 50mm extension.
It’s widely accepted the Everest will have the same powertrains available with the Ranger line-up, including a 3.0-litre V6. Expect a plug-in hybrid option to hit dealerships as the brand begins its first phase of electrifying its fleet.
The Everest’s front-end also resembles most of what is seen on a Ranger. Namely, this includes the wide mesh grille that leads to C-shaped headlights.
