After four years of production, the Mazda CX-8 has been given a styling update while a suite of new technological features have been added to the SUV.
Among the exterior updates is a new block mesh pattern front grille and surround, restyled front and rear bumpers, a new head- and taillight design (as found on the smaller CX-5) and a new tailgate.
Also featured is a series of wheel designs new to the CX-8 as well as the Rhodium White body colour.
Moving inside and occupants can find a larger 10.25-inch infotainment system as standard which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
A 7-inch digital instrument display, USB-C ports and remote window control system activated via the key fob all now come as standard.
Mazda’s drive select system for Normal, Sport and Off-Road modes will also come as standard on all-wheel drive models.
The cabin is said to have been made more comfortable with less noise, vibration and harshness making its way in courtesy of “extensive research, testing and development”.
Australia will receive the newly-updated Mazda CX-8 in March 2023 while New Zealand is sure to follow shortly after.
