Even though the Tesla Cybertruck is less than a week away from being revealed in full, we have still yet to be given a proper look at a production version since the model was announced in 2019. That was until recently when leaked images of the electric pick-up appeared online.
A user on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), who goes by the name of ‘YYDS’, posted a series of photos that show various angles of the model, including its exterior and interior.
It’s possible the pictures are official too, especially when you consider they don’t look like they were taken by your regular spy photographer. This suggests to us that this truck is well and truly the finished product.
So what is there to see? Well, we’re shown the Cybertruck’s rectangular steering wheel and seats, both of which complement its angular exterior well, as well as its tablet-like infotainment system which appears to be running a different user interface from other Tesla models.
Controls for the vehicle’s mirrors, steering column, suspension height, and tonneau cover are all shown on the large central screen, as well as a ‘Car Wash’ setting.
Other images show the Cybertruck’s exterior, including its hidden headlights, somewhat small front storage compartment, and triangular mirrors. It also features an awkwardly-positioned window wiper that rests up against the A-pillar, rather than being hidden away below the windscreen.
Tesla is set to officially reveal the Cybertruck on 30 November 2023 in the United States, at which point it will also begin deliveries of the model.
