Over 31,000 visitors to the latest “Everything Electric Australia NSW” EV showcase ensured it was a big success for 2025.
If you missed out, be sure to book for the Victoria event in Melbourne which runs from Nov 14-16.
A huge range of new EV models was among the 35 displays. In total over 102 EVs were on show or available for test drives. Over 6000 people opted to try out an EV at the show.
Amongst the newcomers were Volkswagen’s ID.4 and 5, the new Ford Ranger plug-in hybrid (PHEV), and fresh metal from Skoda, Zeekr, XPeng, Leapmotor, Audi, Abarth, Fiat, Alpha Romeo, Jeep, and Cupra.
Also present were zero-emissions models from Deepal, Farizon, BYD, Kia, Cadillac, MG, GWM, Geely, and Skywell. There was an electric hydrofoil by Candela, a Carbon Yachts display, a Tesla Model Y “Juniper” (the updated Model Y), and a Tesla Cybertruck.
Hamilton electric motorcycle company, FTN Motion, launched its Streetdog 50 and 80 electric motorcycles in Australia. Also present were electric two-wheelers from Melbourne-based Savic Motorcycles. Segway had displays of their bikes and kick scooters too.
EV charge point solutions provider Versinetic launched its “SiteManager” which it says streamlines power management across entire EV charging sites. Evidently it can also boost charging capacity without power infrastructure upgrades.
The Electric Vehicle Council, Janus Electric, Red Earth and others also featured at the Everything Electric show which continues in Melbourne in November this year.
