This retro-sports minimoto machine from CFMOTO, dubbed XO PAPIO RACER, has arrived in New Zealand.

It boasts heritage styling with clip-on handlebars, a quarter fairing, twin headlights and a belly pan.
The ‘XO’ designation is inspired by gaming console X and O buttons. They are recognised as essential functions connecting a player to a video game. What exactly PAPIO stands for is anyone’s guess.
CFMOTO says the little bike strives to be a motorcycle that connects riders and lifestyles. It encourages more users to find new ways to play.

Powering the mini-beast is a 126cc air-cooled injected engine that’s good for 7kW of power and 9.3Nm of torque.
Other features include a monochrome LCD round display, full LED headlights, and Bosch EFI.
It has a 7L fuel tank that will evidently eke out 350km of travel, primarily around town or in the pits, we’d imagine.
Upside-down front forks and dual-channel ABS ensure solid handling and safety.

Weighing in at 114kg, and with a 760mm seat height, it can be ridden by just about anyone.
Priced at $4490 plus ORCs this competes with the likes of Benelli’s TNT 125 ($4690) and Honda’s MSX 125 Grom ($5990).
The CFMOTO XO PAPIO RACER comes with a two-year warranty.
