Bentley Sydney, alongside bespoke specialist Mulliner, have unveiled a pair of Continental GT S models inspired by the Bathurst 12 Hour endurance race, of which the marque won in 2020.
It’s only fitting that the winning #7 Continental GT3 will be paid tribute to by the two road car equivalents featuring a number of key elements from the race car.
The first Continental adopts features from the winning endurance racer’s livery including an Apple Green paint scheme with a contrasting black roof, mirrors, lower bumper, and rear boot. A painted number seven can also be found on the front grille.
As for the second car, it has been finished in Silver Tempest to celebrate the introduction of the second-generation Continental GT3 that was launched in the colour in 2017.
It mirrors the options found on the first, including black chrome and carbon fibre elements found on the exterior.
Both cars will receive unique leather and Dinamica interiors which highlight the model’s racing success. ‘Bathurst’ has been stitched into the seat headrests while ‘One of Two’ can be found on the tread plates as you step into either car.
A track map of the Mount Panorama circuit has been included on the passenger side carbon fibre finish while other additions include the names of the drivers who won the 12 Hour race at the circuit in 2020 and the winning number seven on the centre console.
To top it all off, a commemorative framed artefact and a 1:18 scale model of the winning Continental GT3 will also be supplied with the special-edition GT S.
