An official teaser of Lamborghini’s all-terrain supercar has been released by the Italian manufacturer today, showing what appears to be a high-riding Huracan.
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard of the brand’s intention to build the mid-engined off-roader though, with Lamborghini teasing the idea in 2019.

Rumours about a production model soon spread and three years later, we have been given a glimpse at what is supposedly called the Huracan Sterrato.
Based on the naturally aspirated, mid-engined V10 Huracan supercar, the Sterrato grows some wide-body arches with exposed hardware, redesigned side air intakes and even a set of roof racks.

A new front bumper complete with two LED spot lights also accentuate the Huracan’s go-anywhere appeal.
It is assumed the car’s suspension components have also been beefed up to cope with rugged terrain alongside underfloor protection.

This won’t be the only all-terrain supercar to come out of the Volkswagen Audi Group though, with Porsche currently developing its 911 Safari model.
Off-road showdown anyone?
