Pricing and specification have been announced for the fifth-generation Lexus RX, arriving in New Zealand next year with new hybrid powertrains.
Four different models will be available, including three RX 350h hybrids and the performance-oriented RX 500h F Sport Performance.
Three RX 350h variants to choose from
The RX 350h features a 2.5-litre hybrid powertrain with an all-wheel drive system across all specification levels.
The RX 350h Limited adds more than 20 additional features over the entry level spec, including 21-inch dark metallic alloy wheels, adaptive high-beam headlights, wireless device charger, adaptive suspension and more.
Rounding out the range is the Limited Enhancement Pack, which adds the Lexus TeamMate driver assistance system. The Enhancement Pack also includes a vehicle parking system, a digital rear view mirror, and a panoramic roof.
Range-topping RX 500h F Sport Performance
Top of the range is the RX 500h F Sport Performance which features a turbocharged 2.4-litre engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel drive and an upgraded hybrid system to produce 273kW of power.
RX 500h builds on the 350h Limited’s specification with dynamic rear steering and a new styling package.
