Mazda New Zealand has announced that the new CX-90 has been confirmed for New Zealand.
The model will become the second vehicle to join the brand’s large-platform family when it launches at the start of next year.
When the three-row model is unveiled, it will also become Mazda’s flagship vehicle complete with wider, longer, and “more aggressive” proportions than any of its models currently on sale.
The first image of the CX-90 reveals the model will wear a “Inline 6” badge, confirming that Mazda’s new six-cylinder engine will feature in the SUV. It is said to be longitudinally mounted and come fitted to a completely new platform.
A new paint colour will also adorn the CX-90 called Artisan Red Premium which will also make an appearance on the current lineup in the future as well.
The Mazda CX-90 will make its world debut in January 2023 with the model set to arrive in local showrooms at a later date.
