Mercedes-Benz NZ awards it’s top retailers

Mercedes-Benz New Zealand recently held it’s Retailer of the Year awards for 2022 where it recognised the top performing retailers of its cars, vans, and financial services.

Dealerships and individuals from all over the country each came together at the award ceremony on Auckland’s waterfront to crown the winners.

Mercedes-Benz Cars Awards

The Mercedes-Benz Cars Circle of Excellence, Retailer of the Year 2022 award went to Mercedes-Benz Botany while the brand also recognised various individual’s achievements in sales, customer and financial services across the company.

Star Guild awards were handed out for the brand’s salespeople, recognising the following achievements in Sales across the Mercedes-Benz Cars network.

• Sales Manager of the Year 2022 – Jarrod Buchanan – Mercedes-Benz Christchurch
• Sales Consultant of the Year 2022 (Elite Sales) – Victor Zhang – Mercedes-Benz North Shore
• Sales Consultant of the Year 2022 (Premium Sales) – Martin Ngan – Mercedes-Benz Wellington
• Sales Consultant of the Year 2022 (AMG Sales) – Terry Milne – Mercedes-Benz Christchurch
• Sales Consultant of the Year 2022 (EQ Sales) – Martin Ngan – Mercedes-Benz Wellington
• Sales Consultant of the Year 2022 (Certified Pre Owned) – Lee Li – Mercedes-Benz Botany

Individual awards were also presented to recognise individuals who had shown the highest level of customer service.

• Parts Manager of the Year 2022 – Akash Jagaroo – Mercedes-Benz Wellington
• Service Manager of the Year 2022 – Daniel Long – Ingham Prestige
• Service Advisor of the Year 2022 – Scott Griffiths – Mercedes-Benz North Shore

The Mercedes-Benz Finance Guild, the elite association for Financial Business Managers awarded:

• Business Manager of the Year 2022 – Veronica Armstrong – Mercedes-Benz Christchurch

Mercedes-Benz Vans Awards

The Mercedes-Benz Vans Retailer of the Year 2022 award was given to Keith Andrews Whangarei while accolades were also awarded to various individuals in customer service and sales.

Customer service awards were presented to those individuals who had shown the highest level of service professionalism including:

• Parts Manager of the Year 2022 – Akash Jagaroo – Mercedes-Benz Wellington
• Service Manager of the Year 2022 – Mac Sykes – Keith Andrews Whangarei

Sales awards were presented to those individuals who had shown the highest level of sales professionalism.

• Sales Person of the Year 2022 – Charlene Whittal – Mercedes-Benz North Shore
