While it’s a quiet weekend overseas, the friendly viewing times of the Las Vegas Grand Prix work in favour for Kiwis. You can catch Liam Lawson in action in the famed Nevada city.
Sunday’s race begins at 7.00 pm.
If that’s not enough, there’s plenty of action on our own shores. Round 1 of the NextGen New Zealand Championship kicks off at Taupo International Motorsport Park. There are also events at Ruapuna and Hampton Downs, among others.

Formula 1 is back, and just three races remain in the 2024 season, beginning with the lights and glamour of the Las Vegas Grand Prix this weekend.
In three Grand Prix starts, Liam Lawson has scored four points, only eight less than Daniel Ricciardo managed in 18 starts.
The Las Vegas Grand Prix makes for some excellent viewing times in New Zealand, beginning with Free Practice 1 at 3.30 pm this afternoon.
