The new Opel Grandland GSe has been revealed as a ‘high performance’ SUV under the electrified Grand Sport Electric sub-brand.
Building upon the already established Grandland Hybrid, the GSe is essentially a rebadge with added performance-oriented features.

The plug-in hybrid system combines a turbocharged 1.6-litre petrol engine with two electric motors mounted to the front and rear axles respectively, making a total of 221kW.
With an all-wheel drive system at its disposal, the plug-in hybrid can hit 100km/h from a standstill in 6.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 235km/h.

Exterior design is enhanced by key GSe styling cues including 19-inch alloy wheels that are inspired by the Manta GSe concept, a rear diffuser, GSe badging, and an optional black bonnet.
Stepping inside, occupants can find Alcantara-clad performance front seats.
