Canstar Blue’s rankings are based on customer feedback across six key categories, including overall satisfaction, reliability, value for money, and after-sales service. Suzuki remains the only car brand to achieve a five-star rating for Overall Satisfaction, along with top scores in After-Sale Service, Point of Sale Service, and Reliability.
